Prior to implementation, we work closely with you to understand your processes and pre-select the most applicable configurations and templates. Our clinically experienced team will work side-by-side with yours to review and customize forms, reports and templates from our comprehensive library; all designed to reduce time and keep your project on track. We also provide operational training during this period, as well as immediate support.

Our average implementation time for small and mid-size systems is within weeks of signing the contract. Complex enterprise systems typically require longer, but many individual programs can be in use within weeks; while the additional programs are in the process of being implemented.  In general, vaccination programs are up and running within a month, including all reporting functions and training.
